4. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be booked by phone, by email, through our website or in person at the bar. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge it and, where required, when any deposit is received. Please arrive a few minutes early, particularly for a first visit, so that intake and consultation are not rushed.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking where a service is not appropriate for your situation, where safety cannot be assured, or where a practitioner believes another provider would serve you better. If we need to change an appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund of any deposit.
Appointment times are held for you from the moment they are confirmed. Please arrive on time, because a late start may shorten your service so that the next guest is not delayed. We will always tell you if time is tight so that you can decide how to use the visit.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask for at least twenty-four hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. This gives us time to offer the slot to another guest and to keep our practitioners booked fairly. You can cancel by phone, email or the same channel you used to book.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, which reflects the time reserved for you. Where a deposit was taken, it may be retained in whole or in part. Clients receive draping throughout treatment, and professional boundaries are maintained without exception. Any request that breaches those boundaries will end the session without refund.
10. Wellness Consultations

We may allow you to pause a membership, shift a session or gift a session within the limits of your plan. We may adjust membership pricing with reasonable notice, and any change will apply from your next renewal date. If you cancel, benefits continue to the end of the paid period and then end, unless your plan states otherwise.
12. Corporate Wellness Days
Corporate wellness days are arranged under a written or emailed agreement that sets out the date, the location, the services, the staffing and the fee. A named coordinator is assigned for each event. Corporate bookings may require a deposit and a minimum notice period for changes.
The organization booking the event is responsible for providing a suitable space, safe access and any consent process agreed for its staff. Individual participants remain responsible for the accuracy of their own health information. We may adapt the schedule for safety or operational reasons, and any material change will be discussed with the coordinator.
13. Payments and Pricing
Prices for services are shown at the bar and on our website where applicable, and they may change from time to time. Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement is agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods posted at the bar and described at booking.
Deposits may be required for certain services, for new guests or for corporate events. Deposits are applied to the cost of the service and are subject to the cancellation rules above.
